The community’s second established Condo Association, Paragon Mill II, has membership which includes the homeowners of buildings 13-14, and 20-25. Paragon Mill II Monthly Assessments contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the Paragon Mill II buildings, as well as, the shared elements and services.

 

Both Condo Associations have the use of shared elements (e.g. pool) and the benefit of shared services (e.g. snow removal). Monthly Assessments of both Condo Associations contribute to the expense of the shared elements and services.
